he should be practicing his guitar right now

but it’s hard to nag when he’s snuggling with Mary watching Mormon Messages. Ben has addicted the whole family to these.

The bag of money on the desk? They’re trying to talk me into buying a baby chick. Who thinks I’ll end up saying yes?

Your photos have such vivid colors, and I love how they the subject is so sharp, and the surroundings fade out. You have darling models, too.

Girlfriend, talk to me before you get chicks. Ours were white pekin duck chicks. Cute, yellow, fluffy adorable. Then they were NASTY dirty ducks. Still fun to watch. Not so much fun at our house.

One more piece of evidence that you are building a celestial family while I and mine are stuck on a more telestial plane. Ya’ll are watching that over and over while we are addicted to watching Old Spice commercials (a couple of them are pretty funny).

And you know how I feel about chickens. I’ll tell you this, though. The kids love the chicks, but not so much the chickens. I have a post rolling around in my head about that, actually…

Just remember that chickens are social and you need to get at least two. More are better.

We had chickens when we lived in Utah and we all loved it. During the winter it gets to be a bit of a drag, but we are longing for them again. I’ve got a kick-A plan for a Chicken tractor if you’re interested.

Put in your chick order soon at IFA!

My Grandma has chickens, and all my cousins and I love them. They make tons of healthy eggs, they were adorable and fun to play with when they were littler, and I think a few chicks would be a great addition to your family. You have a yes from me!
