Mary perched on the edge of the bathtub and suggested, “You should make me some brownies.”
“Oh,” I replied with mock sympathy, “have you gone all morning without a treat?”
“Yes! Well no, I did steal 4 Easter eggs.” She paused and counted on her fingers. “Hmm, no, I ate 6.”
“Mary!” I scolded. “If you eat all the Easter chocolate we’ll have nothing to fill your basket!”
“Well, it’s not my fault.” She bristled. “You should have hid the candy in a better place.”

She has a point…

That is exactly my problem. I don’t hide it well enough. And then I eat it. Really not my fault you see. Thank you Mary! You are one mighty genius!
sarah
what a hoot she is and can’t forget to mention just adorable as ever. Man, I need a reminder to hide the easter candy away from ME. There truly is no more easter candy because I have eaten it- we have a problem here I think.
Claudia
I want a dress like that!
Kate
I say the same thing to myself almost every morning!

I’m right there with Mary, and your friend, Sarah. If there’s Easter candy in reach, it has no chance of seeing the light of Easter morning. Beautiful Mary, gorgeous pics and perfect dress.

True.
My daughter is looking over my shoulder and she asked if she could have a dress like Mary’s someday. I have to admit, the dress is much more fun than the dresses I made my girls.

Stinker. It’s a good thing she’s pretty and that she’s the only girl…
