pretty much the bees’s knees

Well yes, I do tend to go on and on about the Garlicks. But I assure you, they are better than I could possibly describe. And our local television station agrees with me. After I wrote this article for ksl.com they begged me for the Garlick’s contact information. Studio 5 produced a beautiful piece on my darling friends. You can watch it here.

You’ll need a box of Kleenex nearby. Lisa said it was the first time she and Dean talked about what happened the day of Jocie’s accident.  I could hardly breathe while watching.

And while the story captured the Garlicks pretty well, in person they are a thousand times more fabulous.

Beautiful and inspiring! I knew there was a reason I loved my jiggy stick so much. I bought 3 at the Hunstman Cancer Center and my girls are always stealing them from me. Well done Garlick family. I don’t know you but I truly love you! xoxo

That was so touching. I know you love the Garlicks for so many reasons, but it was especially sweet to hear their voices. We love our jiggy sticks. Thinking of the Garlick family this March as they remember their beautiful Jocie. xoxo

Oh I could hardly breathe. That was an incredible piece. We also love our jiggy sticks and our jiggy bars. My kids are always digging in the drawer or my purse for the jiggy stick over any of the other lip balm. It’s fabulous. Thank you for sharing the Garlicks with us.

What remarkable people! While most would wallow in despair, the Garlick’s have chosen to focus their grief in ways that benefit so many. My family will be skiing the slopes of Beaver Mountain this weekend and as we descend the runs, our prayers will ascend to the God who gave Jocie life. Thank you for sharing their lives with us, Michelle. I hope to meet this wonderful family this summer on the PFB memorial hike.
