If I photograph your wedding, newborn photos of your first child are part of the package. For me, it’s a privilege and a delight to see my beautiful brides and charming grooms– I love them all, every one– become parents.
But these silly people, Katy and Clint, moved to San Francisco just months before sweet Caroline’s birth– so I almost missed my chance. Happily, they visited Utah last weekend and we captured a few images. These were taken in Midway, Utah at Katy’s family cabin. For the outdoor shots, we simply walked out the front door. Dreamy, yes?

Since Midway lies halfway between Salt Lake City and Provo, Ben met us for an hour. Which for me, was completely thrilling. No matter how old my baby gets, I’m pretty enamored with him too.
