So, I’m adding another project to my plate….

It’s not replacing, it’s kind of a sister site, or actually a mother site. I kept telling Erik that someone needed to start a coaching program for women entering their 40s and he finally said, “Why don’t you do it?” It won’t take away from Build Your Teenager, but rather, I think it will help me find my voice. I’m a little bit hesitant talking to parents about their teens, but I know EXACTLY how to talk to women about entering the best years of their life. We need to drop the drama about aging, weight and finding our purpose and go out and do good in the world.

I won’t be launching the full program until September 24th, but I’m starting a pilot program for weight loss. Here’s what I posted on Instagram @thrivelifecoachingforwomen

How many times have you gone out to lunch or to a party with a group of women and find your friends going back to the same old subject – – weight.
What are you eating? How did she lose 10 pounds? What are you doing for exercise?
Health and weight are important. But they are also keeping us from talking about more interesting things and from pursuing bigger dreams.
You are perfect exactly as you are, but there are three good reasons to consider losing weight:
1. if your weight adversely affects your health
2. if your weight keeps you from activities you love
3. if your weight consumes mental and emotional energy.
You have so much good work to do in the world. Let’s solve your weight issues and give you more freedom.
