Of course not! But here’s my tidbit for today: never compare your eating habits with a 6’4″, 220 lb., muscle bound marathon running man.
You’ve heard the old blah, blah, blah about keeping a diet journal. It’s something I do pretty regularly and Erik decided to follow suit. In my 18 years of living with him I knew he ate a lot but never really paid attention.
Here’s his first meal all eaten between 6 and 7 on a Wednesday evening:
2 cups granola with 1 cup milk and hershey’s chocolate sauce poured over the top
1 dozen crackers spread with cheese and sundried tomatoes
1 bowl cinnamon toast crunch
1 grapefruit
1 bowl taco soup(our actual dinner)
3 cupcakes
6 lindt balls
He said it really helped; made him consume less.
No wonder I think I’m such a light eater. 😉

My FAVORITE was right after we were married and my husband lost 20 pounds in a couple of months. When asked about it his response… “well I stopped drinking soda”….what the heck? Where is the equality?

Oh my word – I cannot imagine your grocery budget with 5 boys AND a husband who eats like that. LOL.
Heather
I wish I could get away with eating 6 Lindt a balls a day.
Jimmy & Amy
Ha Ha! I love that!! Jimmy is the same way, I’m glad it’s not just me:)

3 cupcakes huh? I knew I liked that man! LOL
Denise
Well, at least he just stopped at the 6 Lindt balls. As he’s divulged previously, 6 has not always been his limit.
